Click here to Find out how to become an Independent Parental Supporter.

Surrey Parent Partnership:

  • Provides impartial and independent information, advice and support to parents of children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Supports at all stages of a child's school life from pre-school through to school leaving age.
  • Supports parents of young people aged up to 25 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities
  • Enables parents to play an informed part in any decisions about their child's educational provision
  • If you require someone to accompany you to a meeting or help with paperwork, we may be able to provide an IPS to support you. All IPSs support the service voluntarily and have other commitments, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide this service.

Some of the information is specific to Surrey. If you do not live in Surrey you can contact your own local authority who should be able to give you details of your own local parent partnership service.

We hope your visit to our website will prove useful and would be grateful for any feedback about the site you might wish to give us.
